  • 1 kg of ripe tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 onion peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 clove of garlic cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method

Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt and sugar in a pressure cooker and cover the pan. Cook over medium heat until pressure builds. Then I let it cook for 15 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and wait for all the pressure to release. Open the pan, transfer the sauce to the blender and blend until you obtain a pasty cream. Sift the sauce through a sieve, add it to the pan and return to a medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, season with salt and then serve.

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion peeled and grated
  • 1 clove of grated garlic
  • 500ml of milk
  • Salt, nutmeg and ground white pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, place the butter and place it over medium heat to melt. Then add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion becomes transparent. Add the wheat flour and stir until it starts to brown. Add the milk and mix until you obtain a smooth sauce. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg and serve with your favorite pasta.

  • 100 g of tomato pulp
  • 5 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey soup
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Add the water and sugar to a saucepan and heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Finally add the tomato pulp, vinegar and honey and mix until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method

Place the garlic, salt and milk in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add the oil and lemon juice and blend until you obtain a creamy sauce. Transfer the sauce to a container and serve immediately.

Pesto sauce

ingredients

  • 2 cups loose leaf tea basil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup walnut tea
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Place the basil, parmesan, walnuts and garlic cloves in a food processor. Proceed until the ingredients are finely chopped. With the processor still running, slowly add the olive oil until you obtain a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

  • 200 g of cheese Crumbled Gorgonzola
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cream and milk, stirring until heated through. Add the cheese and stir until it melts completely and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
