The color of stretch marks reveals the type of skin problem: find out what they are

According to specialist Thassia Piezzaroli, each tone indicates a different phase of the training process.

Summary

Stretch marks can cause discomfort and insecurity. They appear due to the breakdown of collagen and elastin fibers in the skin and, according to specialist Thassia Piezzaroli, are caused by weight gain or loss, hormonal changes or genetic predisposition. The innovative Microderme method, which she created, uses a serum to promote the regeneration of pigment-free skin.

Regardless of gender, stretch marks can cause discomfort and insecurity for many people. The famous visible wrinkles, which appear when the fabric is ironed quickly, affect women and men at different stages of life. These marks are the result of breakdown of collagen and elastin fibers in the skin, and while they do not pose a health risk, they have a significant impact on self-esteem and emotional well-being.

According to cosmetologist and beautician Thassia Piezzaroli, the appearance of stretch marks can be multifactorial, being influenced by weight gain or loss, hormonal changes and genetic predisposition.

“Stretch marks can appear at different stages of life, from adolescence, due to uncontrolled hormone production, but they can also be linked to bodybuilding, where there is a rapid increase in muscle volume that the skin cannot keep up with or they even appear during periods of changes in the body, such as during pregnancy,” he explains.

The entrepreneur created the innovative Microderme method, which, unlike conventional treatments, uses a special serum that promotes skin regeneration without the need for pigmentation, offering natural and long-lasting results, without the risks associated with the use of pigments.

The expert explains the different phases in the formation of stretch marks:

Red stretch marks: These stretch marks are generally more recent and indicate extravasation of blood at the time the stretch mark formed.

Purple stretch marks: They are very deep, they occur when there is a large tear in the dermis.

White stripes: These stretch marks can be old or new and indicate that there was no extravasation of blood at the time the stretch mark formed.

Brown streaks: These are the spots above the stretch mark.

Treatment method

“The Microderme method has proven to be an effective approach in treating all types of stretch marks, regardless of their color or stage of development. We use a dermograph, similar to the one used in tattoos and micropigmentation, however instead of pigment a special serum is used which is deposited on the skin. This innovative method not only improves the appearance of stretch marks, but can also be used to treat scars and white spots, providing significant and long-lasting results,” explains Thassia.

The cosmetologist emphasizes that each organism is unique and that the number of sessions necessary may vary from person to person.

“Some patients may see significant results in just three sessions, while others may need more time to achieve the desired result. In many cases healing occurs quickly and patients report improvements after the first session,” she underlines.

The Microderme method can be applied to any part of the body, including silicone areas, however it is not recommended during the breastfeeding phase. Additionally, it is important to avoid sun exposure after the procedure to ensure long-lasting results.
