Queijadinha Airfryer ingredients:
– 2 units of eggs
– 1 1/2 cups of sugar
– 50 g of grated parmesan
– 100 ml of coconut milk
– 100 ml of milk
– 1 cup(s) of wheat flour
– 1/2 cup(s) dry shredded coconut
– 1/2 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast
Ingredients FOR GREATING:
– unsalted butter to taste
PREPARATION:
- With the recipe for 2 portions you get 6 pieces in bowls or refractory molds 7 cm in diameter by 5 cm high.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Grease bowls or baking molds with a little butter.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.

Queijadinha in the Airfryer – preparation of the dough:
- Place the eggs, sugar, grated parmesan, coconut milk and milk in the blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mass.
- Sift the flour directly into the blender jug and blend to combine.
- Finally add the grated coconut and yeast and mix without beating.
Queijadinha in the Airfryer – cooking in the Airfryer:
- Spoon the dough into greased baking bowls or molds.
- Place the bowls in the Airfryer basket and place them in the drawer – divide them into stages if necessary.
- Close the drawer and bake at 160°C for 12-15 minutes – this time may vary, depending on the amount of dough in the bowls and the power of the equipment – or until the cheesecakes are golden and the toothpick is still inserted into the center. It comes out a little dirty.
- Remove from equipment and allow to cool slightly, until lukewarm.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve the cheesecake in the Airfryer in your own bowls or turn out onto plates.
