Peanut liqueur




Time: 30 minutes (+24 hours in the fridge)

Performance: 10 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of raw peanuts
  • 1 kg of cane sugar
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2l of water

Preparation method:

  1. First, toast all the peanuts, let them cool and remove the peel.
  2. Meanwhile, place the water, sugar and cloves in a pan over high heat.
  3. When it boils, add the peanuts and leave to boil for another 5 minutes.
  4. Then let it cool.
  5. Blend the mixture in a blender with the condensed milk.
  6. Filter through a sieve, add the cachaça and mix well.
  7. Store the liqueur in sterilized glass bottles and keep it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  8. Shake well every time you serve and enjoy!
