Lentil soup with vegetables
ingredients
- 1 cup of tea Lentil red
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 chopped courgette
- 240 g peeled tomatoes
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt, ground nutmeg and thyme to taste
- Parsley to decorate
Preparation method
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic. Add the carrots, potatoes, celery and courgettes and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the lentils, peeled tomatoes and vegetable broth. Season with salt, nutmeg and thyme. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the lentils and vegetables are soft. Decorate with parsley and serve immediately.
Pumpkin soup with chickpeas
ingredients
- 500 g of peeled and chopped pumpkin
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt, ground black pepper and chopped coriander to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic. Add the pumpkin and ginger, sautéing for 5 minutes. Add the chickpea and vegetable broth. Cook until the pumpkin is soft, slightly flaking. Season with salt and pepper. Add the coriander and serve immediately.
Bean soup with cabbage
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked beans
- 1 pack of cabbage chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 l of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, cardamom and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic. Add the carrot and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the cooked beans and vegetable broth. Bring to the boil and then add the chopped cabbage. Cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, cardamom and black pepper. Serve immediately.
Chicken soup with oats and vegetables

ingredients
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 500 g of breast chicken dice
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 chopped potato
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 litre of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, bay leaf and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation method
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the vegetables and cook until soft. Add the oats and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and parsley. Serve immediately.
Chicken Soup with Corn and Sweet Potatoes
ingredients
- 500g cooked chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 cup of corn green tea
- 2 sweet potatoes chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chilli chopped
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, ground black pepper and chopped chives to taste
Preparation method
In a pan heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic and chili pepper. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. add to sweet potato and cook until soft. Add the green corn and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper and chives. Serve immediately.
