Peanut liqueur
Time: 30 minutes (+24 hours in the fridge)
Performance: 10 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of raw peanuts
- 1 kg of cane sugar
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2l of water
Preparation method:
- First, toast all the peanuts, let them cool and remove the peel.
- Meanwhile, place the water, sugar and cloves in a pan over high heat.
- When it boils, add the peanuts and leave to boil for another 5 minutes.
- Then let it cool.
- Blend the mixture in a blender with the condensed milk.
- Filter through a sieve, add the cachaça and mix well.
- Store the liqueur in sterilized glass bottles and keep it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Shake well every time you serve and enjoy!
