Sweet tamale recipe

ingredients:
- 12 ears of green corn
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 cup finely grated coconut
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation method:
- Grate the cobs or cut them close to the cob.
- Blend in a blender together with the water.
- Place the dough in a bowl and mix together the coconut, sugar and salt.
- Fold a corn husk into a cup, put some dough in it and then, with another straw, make another cup, close it and tie it with string.
- Meanwhile, fill a large pot with water and bring to the boil.
- When boiling, add the tamales, one by one, and cook for 40 minutes, removing the tamales with a slotted spoon.
- Then serve hot or cold.
