TOOLS

3 bowls, 1 strainer, 10 small cake pans or molds (or silicone molds)

EQUIPMENT

Fryer

METERS

cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Rain Airfryer Cake Ingredients

– 1 unit of eggs

– 1/2 cup(s) sugar

– 1/2 cup(s) of water

– 1 cup(s) of wheat flour

– 1/2 tbsp baking powder

Ingredients FOR OILING

– oil to taste

Ingredients TO COMPLETE:

– sugar to taste

– cinnamon powder to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. The recipe for 2 portions yields approximately 10 units in 6 cm diameter molds. If your Airfryer does not have the capacity for this quantity, reduce the quantity in the recipe or prepare it in stages.
  2. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. Grease the molds with a little oil.

PREPARATION:

Airfryer Rain Ravioli – Prepare and shape:

  1. In one of the bowls, place the egg/s and beat until it breaks.
  2. Add the sugar and mix well.
  3. Using the sieve, add the flour little by little, alternating with the water. Mix well after each addition to avoid lumps and obtain a homogeneous dough.
  4. Finally, gently incorporate the yeast.

Rain Cookies – Bake:

  1. There is no need to preheat the Airfryer.
  2. Place the molds in the Airfryer basket and place the basket in the drawer.
  3. Close the drawer and set the temperature to 160°C.
  4. Bake for about 8 minutes or until the cupcakes are lightly browned. The exact time may vary depending on the size of your pans and the wattage of your equipment.
  5. It is recommended to check after 6 minutes and adjust if necessary to avoid excessive browning.
  6. While the cookies are baking, put the water in a bowl and in another bowl mix the sugar with the cinnamon to finish.
  7. Once the estimated time has elapsed (6 to 8 minutes), check the ravioli in the Airfryer.
  8. If they are golden and cooked, remove the drawer from the appliance, otherwise continue for a few more minutes.
  9. If you have more gnocchi to cook, repeat until all units are finished.
  10. Remove the cupcakes from the pans – since the cinnamon sugar won’t stick to the baked cupcakes – moisten them with a little water just to create a base to stick to.
  11. Then roll them in cinnamon sugar.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the rain cookie(s) prepared(s) in the airfryer preferably warm.
