Stuffed puree in a pan
Time: 20 minutes
Performance: 2 servings

Ingredients:
- 800 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Salt and nutmeg to taste
- Butter for greasing
Filling:
- 2 cups grated ham
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the potato, egg, butter, cornstarch, flour, salt and nutmeg.
- In a greased nonstick pan, make a layer with half of the mashed potatoes, one with the mixed filling ingredients and another with the remaining mashed potatoes.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Turn over onto a plate and flip the pan over to brown the other side.
- Serve immediately.
