Stuffed puree in a pan

Time: 20 minutes

Performance: 2 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Salt and nutmeg to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Filling:

  • 2 cups grated ham
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the potato, egg, butter, cornstarch, flour, salt and nutmeg.
  2. In a greased nonstick pan, make a layer with half of the mashed potatoes, one with the mixed filling ingredients and another with the remaining mashed potatoes.
  3. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
  4. Turn over onto a plate and flip the pan over to brown the other side.
  5. Serve immediately.
