Every detail of the decoration has been designed to create a journey through the history of architecture: of cave-inspired textures that symbolize prehistory; arches and curves that recall the Roman period; windows that recall medieval stained glass; and the symmetry of the neoclassical period in the kitchen.

One organic sofa in reddish tonesdesigned by Renan, adds comfort and modernity. And the dark wood skylight simulates the entry of natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Although the decoration mixes the new and the old, incorporating objects of different materials and styles, the color palette is cohesive and offers elegance and sophistication. It is worth mentioning that the furniture was also designed to be timeless and versatile.

The inclusion of an iconic piece by Oscar Niemeyer, the chaise, next to the entrance, adds refinement and symbolizes the connection with Brazilian architecture.

Careful selection of plants, shrubs and trees provides visual privacy and acts as a natural barrier to sound and temperature changes, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the inclusion of aromatic plants promote physical and mental well-being in a natural and sustainable way.

Around the garden there is the thermal batha crucial part of the loft, which offers an immersive and relaxing experience. This integration not only highlights the connection between nature and architecture, but also provides an environment of rest and contemplation.

“This project is a journey through the architectural legacies of the past, which echo in the present and shape the future.
