Ingredients:
- 100g diced chicken
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed ricotta
- 1 diced tomato
- Chives to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pan, brown the chicken seasoned with salt until golden and mix it with the cream cheese.
- Mix the ricotta with the tomato and set aside.
- In a pan, spread the tapioca dough and leave it on medium heat for a minute.
