Creamy Chicken Noodles

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of tagliatelle (500g)
- 100 g grated mozzarella
- Basil leaves for decoration
Sauce
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 500g diced chicken breast
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 2 jars of tomato sauce (340g each)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pan, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
- For the sauce, heat a pressure cooker over medium heat with the oil and sauté the onion and chicken for 5 minutes.
- Add the water and chicken broth, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the pan and stir the chicken with a spoon to break it up.
- Return to medium heat, add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Place in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes to brown.
- Remove from the oven, decorate with basil leaves and serve.
