Airfryer Breaded Zucchini: Grain-Free & Super Dry – A Crunchy, Healthy Snack or Side Dip




A zucchini breaded with corn flour, without wheat, golden, crunchy, even without oil and without frying

Recipe for 2 people.

1 grater (optional), 1 cutting board(s), 2 deep plate(s) or bowl(s), 1 colander(s) (optional)

cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

MILANESA WITHOUT GRAIN IN THE AIRFRYER Ingredients:

– 1 egg unit diluted in a little filtered water, or enough.

– 1/2 cup(s) cornmeal, or enough for breading.

– salt to taste (pinch)

– 1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese.

ZUCCHINI Ingredients:

– 1 unit of courgette, medium

– Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. If you prefer a more delicate breading, sift the corn flour to make it finer.
  3. If you don’t buy already grated Parmesan, grate it using the fine part of the grater.

PREPARATION:

Zuchinis:

  1. Wash and dry the courgette(s).
  2. On a cutting board, cut it into slices of about 0.5 cm.
  3. Add salt, mix and set aside.

Breaded courgettes without wheat in the Airfryer – Breading:

  1. Preheat the Airfryer to 190°C.
  2. Beat the eggs with a little salt and water in a deep dish.
  3. Place the corn flour and grated parmesan in another deep dish and mix.
  4. Dry the courgettes with absorbent paper.
  5. Lightly dip the slices in the cornmeal with the Parmesan and shake off the excess.
  6. Then dip each slice in the beaten egg(s) and drain.
  7. Finally, pass them again in the corn flour with the cheese and press well so that they are well breaded.

Breaded Zucchini Without Wheat in Airfryer – Cooking:

  1. Arrange the breaded slices in the Airfryer basket, without overlapping them, leaving space between them to allow air to circulate – depending on the number of slices, cook in stages.
  2. Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the appliance preheated to 190ºC.
  3. Close the Airfryer drawer and cook for about 20 minutes, until golden brown: the time depends on the power of your equipment.
  4. Remove the Airfryer drawer.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Reorder Breaded courgettes without wheat ready at Airfryer on a serving dish, or if you prefer, distribute directly on the plates as a side dish.
  2. They are also excellent served as a snack.
