Ingredients for Airfryer Pumpkin:
– 1/4 piece(s) of Cabotiá squash, sliced
– Salt to taste
– pepper to taste THE
– olive oil to taste, for brushing
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Wash and dry the pumpkin peel well. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into slices.
- In a bowl add the olive oil, add salt and pepper (optional) and mix well.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.
PREPARATION:
Pumpkin in the Airfryer:
- Brush the pumpkin slices with the seasoned olive oil over their entire surface.
- Arrange them in the Airfryer basket, without overlapping them, leaving a small distance between them to allow air circulation. Depending on the quantity and size of the basket, cook in stages.
- Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the equipment.
- Close the drawer and bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes or until cooked. This time depends on the power of your equipment.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Remove the pumpkin in the airfryer and arrange them on a serving dish, or distribute them on plates, as an accompaniment to your main course.
