Ingredients:

  • 6 rump steaks
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • 1/2 cup cream (tea).
  • 150g sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 150 g grated parmesan cheese

Preparation method:

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large nonstick pan over high heat with the olive oil and half the butter.
  3. Fry the steaks until golden brown.
  4. Remove, place in a refractory and set aside.
  5. Return the same pan to medium heat with the remaining butter and quickly fry the garlic.
  6. Add flour and fry for 1 minute.
  7. Add the milk a little at a time, stirring until it thickens.
