Orange mousse

Ingredients:
- 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 2 cups of orange and pear juice
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- Oil for anointing
Preparation method:
- Hydrate the gelatine in water and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
- In a saucepan, mix the orange juice, milk and sugar.
- Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat, add the gelatine and orange zest.
- Mix, place in oiled molds and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
