Ingredients:

  • 2 sachets of unflavored gelatin
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 2 cups of orange and pear juice
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • Oil for anointing

Preparation method:

  1. Hydrate the gelatine in water and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the orange juice, milk and sugar.
  3. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from the heat, add the gelatine and orange zest.
  5. Mix, place in oiled molds and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
