Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large sweet potato, thinly sliced ​​(like chips)
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce, washed and torn
  • 1 bunch of washed rocket
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 small grated carrot
  • 1/2 small yellow pepper, seeded, cut into strips
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced

Sauce

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper

Preparation method:

  1. Season the chicken with garlic, lemon, salt, pepper and half the olive oil.
  2. Spread the potato slices on a baking sheet and brush them with the remaining olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through until crispy and golden.
  4. Pour all the sauce ingredients into a jar with a lid and shake vigorously.
  5. Brown the chicken breasts in a deep pan, let them cool and cut them into strips.
