Warm mixed cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can milk (use the empty cream can to measure)
  • 2 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup oil (tea).
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 level tablespoon of baking powder
  • Oil and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 400 g sliced ​​mozzarella
  • 400 g of sliced ​​cooked ham
  • 4 diced seedless tomatoes
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the cream, milk, flour, eggs, oil and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
  3. Pour half the mixture into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm pan, spread a layer of cheese, ham, tomato and onion, spacing the filling twice.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano and cover with the remaining dough.
  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano before serving.
  7. Serve with cream cheese if desired.
