Duckling with pea pie

Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 kg of duckling cut into cubes
- 2 cups (soup) water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 600 g split peas
Preparation method:
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker.
- Brown the garlic, add the meat and brown it for about 20 minutes.
- Pour the water, add the salt and cover the pan.
- Let it cook for another 20 minutes, counting from the moment the pan starts to sizzle.
- Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release and open the pan.
- Return the pan to high heat and continue to sauté until almost all of the remaining water has evaporated.
- Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
