Cappuccino Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 1/2 cup chocolate powder (tea).
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
- Powdered milk for dusting
Coverage
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons of cappuccino powder
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 pack of cream (100g)
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, oil, chocolate powder, flour, water, coffee and yeast until a smooth dough forms.
- Pour into a greased and floured pan with a hole in the centre of 24 cm diameter and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until firm and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and remove from the mould.
- For the topping, place the condensed milk, cappuccino and margarine in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Turn off the heat and mix with the cream.
- Spread over the cake, sprinkle with powdered milk and serve immediately.
