Chocolate Kisses Cup:

Time: 25min (+1h in the fridge)

Performance: 8 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of cream (200 g)
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) grated coconut
  • Grated coconut and milk chocolate chips for decoration

ganache

  • 1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 cups chopped milk chocolate
  • 2 packs of cream (400g)

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the condensed milk and cream in a blender.
  2. Add the grated coconut and mix with a spoon. Book.
  3. For the ganache, melt the chocolates in a bain-marie or in the microwave, add the cream until you obtain a smooth mixture and set aside.
  4. In a tall round baking dish, alternate layers of ganache and beijinho, finishing with the ganache.
  5. Decorate with grated coconut, chocolate chips and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
