What is the 30-30-30 method?
The 30-30-30 method consists of eat 30 g of protein 30 minutes after waking up, followed by 30 minutes of physical activity of low or moderate intensity.
According to Jennifer Emerick Ramos, a nutritionist and gastroenterologist, the technique can help promote health benefits, such as regular physical activity.
