Hazelnut Cream Brownie with Walnuts

Ingredients:
- 250 g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup (tea) of hazelnut cream
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/3 cup (tea) sifted wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- Margarine and wheat flour powder for greasing
- Hazelnut cream and chopped walnuts to decorate
- Cream ice cream to accompany
Preparation method:
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Transfer it to a bowl and, with a wire whisk, mix together the hazelnut cream, eggs, sugar, walnuts, essence, flour and yeast.
- Transfer to a small greased and floured baking pan.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly golden.
