Hazelnut Cream Brownie with Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup (tea) of hazelnut cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar (tea)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/3 cup (tea) sifted wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour powder for greasing
  • Hazelnut cream and chopped walnuts to decorate
  • Cream ice cream to accompany

Preparation method:

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl and, with a wire whisk, mix together the hazelnut cream, eggs, sugar, walnuts, essence, flour and yeast.
  3. Transfer to a small greased and floured baking pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into pieces.
  6. Decorate with hazelnut cream and chopped walnuts.
  7. Serve with ice cream.
