  3. Do physical exercises;
  4. Do not smoke;
  5. Reduce your intake of alcoholic beverages;
  6. Get good quality sleep;
  7. Use nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs only under medical prescription;
  8. Avoid the contraceptive pill;
  9. Avoid nasal sprays with vasoconstrictors.

But, even if you follow all these recommendations to the letter, it is still possible that, for some other reason, your body may develop high blood pressure.
