Chicken fricassee in courgettes

Ingredients:
- 2 Italian courgettes
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- Straw potatoes for dusting
Braised:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and minced
- 1 can of drained corn
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese
- Salt and chopped green chili pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise.
- Cook the courgettes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
