The singer had been hospitalized for mental health care since April this year.
This Wednesday 25th Linn from Quebrada announced on his Instagram account that he had been released from rehab and was back to social life. The singer revealed that she was taking care of her mental health in April this year, after her depression worsened.
“Girls, I’m back! Mom’s back, dammit,” the singer celebrated briefly on social media. When she was hospitalized, Linn left an open letter to her followers saying she would be away indefinitely. “To be fully in front of the cameras and on stage, you have to be in good physical and mental health. When something isn’t right, you have to stop, breathe and take care of it,” she said.
In the text, he also explained that he had been suffering from depression for years and that at that time he felt the need to pay “special attention” to his well-being. “There are times when we must stop and recognize that the safest way is to understand the extent of the problem and understand that a disease like this cannot be ignored. We count on your support during this time, respecting your privacy and that of your loved ones, family and friends,” he asked.
In June, she made a video from the clinic to talk about what she was experiencing while she was in the hospital. “I’m doing what I feel is best for me right now. Dealing with depression. Dealing with a moment where I realized I had to take care of my mental health so I can come back to you in the best way possible and I can come back to work with more awareness of who I am, more awareness of who I want to be right now,” she said.
