Ingredients:
- 1 pack of cornstarch biscuits (200g)
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 2 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
Filling:
- 200g unsalted butter
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 1/2 cans whey-free cream
- 1 sachet of colorless and tasteless powdered gelatine
Coverage:
- 1/2 can whey-free cream
Preparation method:
- For the filling, in a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the cream, the gelatine prepared according to the instructions on the package and beat quickly.
- Moisten the biscuits in the milk mixed with chocolate liqueur and place half of them on the bottom of a 22×30 cm cake tin.
- Spread half the filling on top and place the remaining biscuit.
- Cover with the remaining filling and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove and cover with the mixed topping ingredients.
- Place in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
- Remove from the oven, cut into pieces and serve, if desired, decorating with chocolate flakes.
