Tart

Time: 35min (+4h in the fridge)

Performance: 8 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of cornstarch biscuits (200g)
  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate liqueur

Filling:

  • 200g unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 1/2 cans whey-free cream
  • 1 sachet of colorless and tasteless powdered gelatine

Coverage:

  • 1/2 can whey-free cream

Preparation method:

  1. For the filling, in a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the cream, the gelatine prepared according to the instructions on the package and beat quickly.
  3. Moisten the biscuits in the milk mixed with chocolate liqueur and place half of them on the bottom of a 22×30 cm cake tin.
  4. Spread half the filling on top and place the remaining biscuit.
  5. Cover with the remaining filling and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Remove and cover with the mixed topping ingredients.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
  8. Remove from the oven, cut into pieces and serve, if desired, decorating with chocolate flakes.
