In the ranking the best placed Brazilian was placed in 42nd place; Franco Pepe, of the acclaimed Pepe In Grani pizzeria in Italy, was the highlight
This Monday 30th four Brazilian pizza chefs have been included in the list of the 100 best in the world by the Top100 Pizza awards. Dani Branca, who manages the pizzeria oven in São Paulo and also manages the Paestum pizzeria, in Guaratinguetá (SP), could not hide his excitement. “It is an honor to be among the representatives of Brazil at the award and to see how much Brazilian pizza has been recognized in this one of the most important awards on the planet,” he reveals
For Matheus Ramos and Dani it was not the first time: both had already appeared in the ranking last year, occupying the 67th and 79th position.
