Creamy Bolognese pasta
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 100 g diced bacon
- 250 g of minced meat
- 1 diced onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup (tea) tomato paste
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 pack of spaghetti (500g)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
- Fresh basil leaves chopped to taste
- Grated parmesan to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pan, brown the bacon in its own fat, over medium heat, until it is almost golden.
- Add the meat and fry 2 minutes.
- Add onion, garlic and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the carrot, remove and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the water, bay leaf, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Turn off and set aside.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package or al dente.
- Drain and transfer to a plate.
- Top with sauce and dollops of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with basil, parmesan and serve.
