Mini Pizza on Pita Ingredients:
– 4 small pitas
– 4 tablespoons of sugar-free tomato puree
– 80 g of mozzarella
– 80 g of cooked ham (optional)
– grated parmesan to taste
– basil to taste (leaves)
– olive oil to taste (drizzle)
PREPARATION:
- The seasoning described in the ingredients is just a suggestion and can be replaced with whatever you prefer.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Grate the mozzarella on the coarse side of the grater.
- Grate the parmesan on the fine side.
- Cut the ham (optional) into strips.
- Wash, chop and dry the basil leaves (optional).
PREPARATION:
Mini pizza on pita bread in Airfryer:
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180ºC.
- Place the pita on a cutting board and spread the puree in a thin layer over the entire surface. Season with a pinch of salt.
- Spread the ham strips on top (optional).
- Cover with grated mozzarella and sprinkle the parmesan on top.
- Season the pizzas with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Arrange the mini pizzas in the Airfryer basket, without overlapping them, leaving a small distance between them to allow the air to circulate – depending on the quantity and size of the basket, prepare in stages.
- Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the appliance preheated to 180ºC.
- Close the drawer and cook for about 7-8 minutes, or until the cheese melts; this time may vary depending on the power of your fryer.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Remove Mini pizza(s) Airfryer and scatter the basil leaves on top (optional).
- Serve immediately, enjoying the melted cheese and crispy pita.
