Roasted meatloaf

Time: 1 hour

Performance: 8 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 5 slices of chopped bacon
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated cheese (tea)
  • 1 pack of crustless bread
  • 3 cups shredded roasted or cooked meat
  • 1 jar of ready-made tomato sauce
  • 1 cup (tea) Catupiry® cream cheese
  • 50 g of grated parmesan

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, brown the bacon in its own fat over medium heat until golden brown, drain and set aside.
  2. Mix the mozzarella and cheese and set aside.
  3. In a medium baking dish, alternate layers of bread, meat, sauce, cheese mixture and Catupiry®, finishing with the cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan, spread on the fried bacon and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve then.
