– 2 pieces of dwarf bananas, large
– 1 unit of eggs

- With the quantities indicated above (2 portions) you will obtain 6 pancakes of approximately 10 cm in diameter.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.

- Mash the ripe bananas in a shallow dish with a fork until they become a smooth puree.
- Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and beat until the mixture is well integrated and bubbly.
- Heat a non-stick pan over a very low heat and lightly grease it with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place small portions of dough in the pan, forming pancakes about 10 cm in diameter.
- Cook (still over very low heat) for 1 to 2 minutes, until the edges are firm and the center is cooked through.
- Using a spatula, flip the pancakes and cook on the other side for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown.
