Ingredients:

Chocolate mousse:

  • 300g chopped milk chocolate
  • 150g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 cups whey-free cream
  • 1 egg white
Passion fruit mousse:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 can of cold cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 bag of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup natural passion fruit juice
  • Chocolate flakes and passion fruit pulp to decorate

Preparation method:

  1. Melt the milk and semi-sweet chocolate in a bain-marie and add them to the cream.
  2. Add the egg white and mix lightly. Book.
  3. For the passion fruit mousse, in a mixer, whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and set aside.
  4. Blend the cream cheese, cream, and condensed milk in a blender for 1 minute.
  5. Mix the gelatin with the juice and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
  6. Pour into blender and blend to combine.
  7. Pour into a bowl, add the egg whites kept aside and mix gently.
  8. In individual bowls, create a layer of chocolate mousse and a layer of passion fruit mousse on top.
  9. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  10. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and passion fruit pulp to decorate.
