conventional + air fryer
METERS
cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
CARAMEL SYRUP Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup(s) of sugar
– 1/4 cup(s) of water
PUDDING IN THE AIRFRYER Ingredients:
– 2 units of eggs
– 1 can(s) of condensed milk
– 1 and 1/4 cups of milk
– 1/2 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
PREPARATION:
- To obtain a smoother pudding, do not use the blender to beat the mixture, this will avoid the formation of bubbles which will create holes in the final consistency.
- For this recipe (2 portions) use a pan with a diameter of 18 to 20 cm (also consider the capacity of your airfryer).
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
PREPARATION:
Caramel:
- In a pan, add the sugar and place over medium heat.
- When it starts to melt, continue stirring until it has a smooth consistency and the color of golden caramel.
- Carefully add the water and continue stirring until it dissolves and becomes a thin syrup.
- Transfer the syrup into the mold, pouring it over the central cone.
- Then, rotate the pan to caramelize the side as well.
- Book.
Airfryer milk pudding – Pasta:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl until the whites and yolks are well combined.
- Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence, stirring gently.
- Add the milk little at a time, avoiding the formation of bubbles.
- Sift the mixture into the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the Airfryer to 160ºC.
Pudding – Cooking in the Airfryer:
- Place the pan in the Airfryer basket and cover with aluminum foil, sealing the edges well so that the air does not lift the foil during the cooking process.
- Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the appliance preheated to 160ºC.
- Cook for about 45-50 minutes – check the cooking, the surface must be firm to the touch but with the inside still creamy – the time depends on the power of your equipment.
- Open the drawer, remove the basket and let the pudding cool to room temperature: the pudding will finish cooking with the residual heat.
- Remove the film and refrigerate the pudding for at least 4 hours.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

When ready to serve, turn out the pudding prepared in the Airfryer:
- Quickly pass the bottom of the mold over the hot flame of the stove to release the syrup.
- With the tip of a knife, detach the lateral and central part of the pudding from the mold.
- Invert the pudding onto a serving plate and let the syrup flow over the top.
- If there is still syrup at the bottom of the pan, add a little water, heat, stir until the syrup dissolves and pour over the pudding.
