Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk (tea)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Filling:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 seeded tomatoes chopped
  • 1 can drained green corn
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​green olives
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella

Preparation method:

  1. For the filling, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato, corn and sauté for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken, olives and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and leave to cool. Stir in the mozzarella and set aside.
  5. In a blender, beat the potatoes, butter, eggs, flour, milk, broth, salt and yeast until smooth.
  6. Place half the dough in a medium rectangular baking pan, greased and floured, spread the filling and cover with the remaining dough.
  7. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool, cut it into pieces and serve it.
