Kani and cucumber salad

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bunch of washed iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch of washed watercress
  • 2 cups diced kani kama
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 seedless Japanese cucumber, diced

Sauce:

  • 2 pots of natural Greek yogurt (200g)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Line a plate with lettuce roughly chopped with your hands.
  2. Arrange the watercress leaves and, on top, arrange the kani, mango and cucumber.
  3. For the dressing, mix the yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper and drizzle over the salad.
  4. Serve immediately, leaving a little sauce in a nearby container.
