Kani and cucumber salad
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1/2 bunch of washed iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 bunch of washed watercress
- 2 cups diced kani kama
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 seedless Japanese cucumber, diced
Sauce:
- 2 pots of natural Greek yogurt (200g)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- Line a plate with lettuce roughly chopped with your hands.
- Arrange the watercress leaves and, on top, arrange the kani, mango and cucumber.
- For the dressing, mix the yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper and drizzle over the salad.
- Serve immediately, leaving a little sauce in a nearby container.
