Therefore, the following suggestions are the result of an immersion in the most varied types of restaurants, from relaxed bars to starred and little-known places.
They all have one thing in common: they deliver vegan experiences sensational, capable of delighting even the palates of non-vegans.
I confess that I followed the advice of friends, but I also ventured out on my own, exploring places I had never heard of before. And the result couldn’t be better!

To give you an idea, in the heart of this world gastronomic capital, you will find them around 170 vegan restaurants within 10 kilometers of the city centre.
Plus, there are options to suit all tastes: from juice bars and relaxed cafes to sophisticated French bistros and award-winning restaurants.
But whatever your style, New York offers a multitude of dining experiences for those who want to indulge in 100% vegan dishes.

Now let’s get to the point: the list of the best vegan restaurants I always go to when I’m in New York! Check it out and fall in love too.
1. Queen Plant
Also with locations in Miami and Toronto, Planta Queen is 100% plant-based and offers gluten-free options. In this sense, the varied menu includes sushi, ravioli, pasta, drinks and excellent desserts.
Furthermore the atmosphere is beautiful, the music is good and the service is excellent. Ideal for lunch, dinner or even for an aperitif at the counter.
Even though it was always full, I managed to find a table even without a reservation.

2. Anixi
Vegan and kosher restaurant, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine by chef Guy Vaknin. It’s one of the trendiest places to dine, with sharing plates and some options that mimic animal proteins.
But my advice is: it has an incredibly realistic vegetable rib!

Another restaurant from chef Guy Vaknin, but with a more relaxed atmosphere and Mexican cuisine. It was a very pleasant experience.

Chef Daniel Humm’s famed 3-Michelin-star restaurant, now with an entirely plant-based menu. But be careful: reservation and advance payment are required.
