Cornbread with cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) cornmeal
- 1 cup (tea) grated coconut
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk (tea).
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil (tea).
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 1/2 cup (tea) shredded standard semi-matured Minas cheese
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cornflour, coconut and grated parmesan, mixing well with your hands.
- Add the milk, eggs, oil and continue kneading by hand for 5 minutes.
- Add the yeast and Minas cheese and knead for another 5 minutes.
- Form two balls and place them in a greased and floured pan, one next to the other.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned. Serve.
