Quality sleep is essential for physical, mental and emotional well-being. Therefore, it is important avoid nocturnal energy attacks TO sleep better.
During sleep we become more relaxed and open to contact with more subtle energies. This happens because we have no resistance.
In my consultations, many people report sleeping poorly, waking up very tired and having nightmares “True”. Additionally, they often feel a seizure or find themselves in their room during the night.
Everyone deserves a good night’s sleep. Therefore, I want to present some energy protection practices to perform before going to bed. This way you will be able to sleep well and avoid nocturnal energy attacks.
Signs of nocturnal energy attacks
It is important to identify signs that may indicate that you are experiencing nighttime energy attacks. I am:
- frequent nightmares,
- feeling of suffocation,
- tiredness or unexplained pain upon waking,
- feel that there is something in the room,
- inconvenience.
Becoming aware of this is important to know who to ask for help in case of need.

You can seek therapies to combat these nighttime energy attacks. But there are some practices that help a lot and they depend solely on you. Check:
1. Connect with your mentors/angels/protectors
Lie down, take a few deep breaths and connect with your protectors. Make it simple and call them. Thank them for their protection and cooperation and ask them to take care of you.
I notice that I get a lot more responses during sleep. So ask them to guide you in whatever is needed and to be with you during this time, taking you to places of light.

2. Carry out an energetic cleansing of the environment
The energetic cleaning of our home and, above all, of the environment in which we sleep must be done frequently. Keep everything organized and clean, because that makes all the difference.
Additionally, you can perform smudging and cleansing through praying out loud (I recommend Psalm 91). More powerful power cleans are also recommended for your home.

3. Creates energy barriers
Just as we build physical fences to protect ourselves, we can establish energetic barriers around our bed. To do this, visualize a bubble of white light or a protective shield around you.
Ask a being of light with whom you have a connection (Archangel Michael, for example) to create an energetic boundary, keeping you safe during sleep.
4. Establish an energy healing routine
Taking care of your energy often creates an increasingly stronger barrier of protection. Consequently, avoid energy attacks at night, or rather, at any time.
Live your moment of meditation, prayer and gratitude. Remember to connect with this Higher Force that takes care of what you cannot take care of. And do frequent power cleansing, taking care of yourself and your environment.
