Raisin and chestnut cake
Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup chocolate powder (tea).
- 1 cup of oil (tea).
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 3 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 cup Brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup seedless white raisins
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- Honey to accompany
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, chocolate powder, oil, milk and egg yolks and mix with a wire whisk.
- Add the yeast, chestnuts and raisins and mix with a spoon.
- Add the whipped egg whites and mix gently.
- Pour into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm baking pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool and serve with honey.
