Gluten-free beetroot bread

Time: 50 minutes (+1 hour rest)

Performance: 10 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 large beetroot, grated
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups rice flour (approximately)
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 sachet of granulated organic yeast (11g)
  • Oil and rice flour for greasing

Preparation method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl in the order in which they appear in the recipe and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  2. Place in 2 greased and floured small English cake pans.
  3. Leave to rest for 1 hour and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Leave to cool, unmold and serve.
