Gluten-free beetroot bread
Time: 50 minutes (+1 hour rest)
Performance: 10 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 large beetroot, grated
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups rice flour (approximately)
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 sachet of granulated organic yeast (11g)
- Oil and rice flour for greasing
Preparation method:
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl in the order in which they appear in the recipe and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Place in 2 greased and floured small English cake pans.
- Leave to rest for 1 hour and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Leave to cool, unmold and serve.
