A chocolate cake with only 2 mandatory ingredients, very creamy, without milk and dairy products

Recipe for 4 people.

TOOLS

1 non-metallic bowl(s), 1 cutting board(s), 1 grater (or peeler), 1 mold(s) (or individual bowls)

EQUIPMENT

microwave + food processor or blender

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Chocolate Cake Ingredients 2 ingredients:

– 4 apples peeled and cut into cubes (each unit weighs approximately 175 g)

– 500 g of semi-sweet chocolate, in cups or bars (or other chocolate of your choice)

– sugar to taste (optional)

Ingredients TO COMPLETE:

– semi-sweet chocolate to taste (flakes) – just enough to cover

PREPARATION:

  1. If you don’t want to unmold this dessert you can prepare it in individual cups.
  2. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. Add the chocolate chips at the end using a grater or potato peeler.
  4. Line a baking tray (optional) with baking paper.

PREPARATION:

Chocolate cake 2 ingredients – Apples:

  1. Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into quarters on a cutting board and remove the seeds.
  2. Then cut the quarters into cubes and place them in a non-metallic bowl.
  3. Add sugar (optional) to taste if you prefer a sweeter dessert.
  4. Place them in the microwave, at maximum power, for about 5 minutes, until they are very soft (this time depends on the power of your appliance).
  5. Transfer the cooked apples to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Clean the bowl to use in the next step.

Chocolate:

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in the non-metallic bowl (it can be the same one that cooked the apples).
  2. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well after each interval.
  3. Continue the process until all the chocolate has melted.

Chocolate cake 2 ingredients:

  1. Add the melted chocolate to the apple sauce and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mousse.
  2. Arrange in the mold or bowls and touch to level.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to firm up.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Remove the 2 ingredient chocolate cake from the fridge and turn out onto a serving plate or serve directly into glasses.
  2. Finish with chocolate flakes.
