  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Pulp of 1 chopped mango

Preparation method

Place the coconut milk, chia seeds, grated coconut, honey and vanilla essence in a container and mix. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours. Then remove from the fridge, add the mango and mix. Serve immediately.

Green corn cake with chia

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 cup of tea green corn fresh
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Vegetable oil for greasing
  • Corn flour for dusting

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients, except the chemical yeast and chia, in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the baking powder and chia seeds and beat again to combine. Book. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and flour with corn flour, pour the dough onto it and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool and carefully remove it from the mold. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Water to hydrate

Preparation method

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 seedless tomato, cut into slices

  • Salt, ground black pepper and oregano to taste

Preparation method
