Preparation method

Place the rice flour, olive oil, salt and egg in a container and mix well. Gradually add the water and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained. Divide the dough into two parts and set aside. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and brown it. Add the tomato and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the chicken breast, parsley, chives and salt and fry for another 10 minutes. Book.

Grease the tart molds with butter and flour them with rice flour. With the help of a spoon, take a little dough from one of the sides, place it in the mold and fill the bottom and sides.   • 200g cream cheese
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a bowl, mix the rice flour, olive oil and salt until crumbs form. Add the egg and ice water little by little, mixing until you obtain a smooth mixture. Book. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from the heat and mix the ricotta until you obtain a creamy filling.
