Cheesecake with coconut syrup
Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 can orange juice (use empty can of condensed milk to measure)
- 100g grated coconut
- 50 g of grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Margarine for greasing
Syrup
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200ml)
- 50g grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation method:
- Blend the eggs, condensed milk, juice, coconut, cheese, butter and salt in a blender.
- Grease medium tart molds with margarine and pour the mixture until they are almost 2/3 full.
- Place in a mold and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Leave to cool and unmold.
- For the syrup, heat the coconut milk, grated coconut and sugar in a pan over low heat and bring to the boil.
- Cook for 2 minutes and leave to cool.
- Serve the cheese sprinkled with syrup.
