Creativity and will are the secrets of consistency in the weight loss process

To do diet for weight loss, for many people, it is practically synonymous with suffering. After all, we know that to eliminate excess body fat it is necessary to remain in a caloric deficit, that is, to consume less energy than what is spent. And, of course, this is not something comfortable for the organism.
But the downside of a weight loss diet must not go beyond simple inconveniences, especially at the beginning. It is wrong to think that, to reduce calorie consumption, it is necessary to starve and suffer.
“The key to overcoming boredom is to prepare tasty and healthy meals and to vary the food and the way it is prepared,” says Adriana Stavro, Master Nutritionist at the São Camilo University Center.
In this way, the expert helped us come up with some simple tricks to follow a good diet to lose weight, without having to go hungry. Watch:
How to make a good diet to lose weight
1. Caprice in the method of preparation
Grilling is a very popular cooking method. According to Stavro, this lends a more robust flavor to meats, vegetables, and even some fruits. The important thing is to mix other types of preparation so as not to get tired of food. The nutritionist explains that it is also possible to cook, stir-fry, and use vinegar and olive oil-based marinades to spice up the diet.
2. Vary the ingredients
“Preparing meats, vegetables and grains with herbs and spices creates fantastic meals with a fabulous flavor,” says the expert. According to her, it is possible to taste a variety of vinegars to make the diet tasty without involving a lot of additional calories. “Red sauces are a great way to enhance the flavor of meats, grains and vegetables.”
3. Bet on natural toppings
For salty foods you can add some spices such as cumin, black pepper, turmeric and fresh herbs. According to Stavro, they help to flavor food better and make the diet tasty. In sweet dishes it is possible to include for example cinnamon and nutmeg. Excellent complements to enhance the flavor of yogurt and fruit. Vanilla, lemon and almonds are also some ingredients that go well with sweet foods.
