Pasta with asparagus and pesto

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of screw noodles (500 g)
- Salt and olive oil to taste
- 200 g of chopped asparagus
Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup (tea) olive oil
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
- 150 g of grated parmesan
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pan, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain, drizzle with olive oil and set aside.
- Heat a pan with olive oil, add the asparagus, season with salt and brown for 2 minutes. Remove and reserve.
- For the sauce, place the garlic and walnuts in a blender. Tap quickly with the pulse button.
- Gradually add the olive oil, whisking until a thick sauce forms.
- Add the basil, water, grated parmesan, salt, pepper and beat quickly to combine.
- Arrange the cooked pasta and asparagus on a serving plate, pour the sauce over, mix delicately and then serve, decorating as desired.
