Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk (approximately)
  • Margarine and wheat flour to grease and flour the pan

Filling

  • 3 cups desalted, cooked and chopped cod
  • 2 cups hearts of palm, drained and chopped
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. For the filling, in a bowl, mix the onion, cod, heart of palm, tomato, beaten eggs, mozzarella, season with salt, pepper and set aside.
  2. Place the flour, eggs, butter and milk in a bowl and mix until a smooth mixture is formed. If necessary, add more milk.
  3. Line the bottom and sides of a greased and floured 24cm removable springform pan, spread the filling and bake in a medium preheated oven (180ÂșC) for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven, turn out onto a plate and serve.
